In 1998 an additional restaurant was opened in Tbilisi, Akhvlediani Street. One to its Mexican cuisine, the restaurant appeared to be a true novelty. It was named "Santa Fe", which means - saint place in Spanish. The restaurant was highly approved by georgian society. In fact, the Mexican cuisine is relatively close to a georgian one, as both of them include spicy and nourishing food. Actually, this is well known to foreigners too, therefore our restaurant has a lot of foreign visitors, as well as georgian ones. Recently, the Japanese cuisine became available at the restaurant too. This innovation was preconditioned by the fact, that the healthy and low-calorie Japanese food is highly estimated all over the world. This novelty was also well approved by georgian and foreign societies.
Interior: Interior of the restaurant is quite refined. The priority is given to a classical stile. The coloured vitrages create interesting, attractive and cosy atmosphere.
Music: The music of the restaurant belongs to a classical Jazz trend. Three different Jazz bands on different days of the week performs the famous Jazz compositions. One of the leading and most wonderful georgian Jazz-singer - Mrs. Guliko Chanturia sings at the restaurant. Usually, due to celebrities several other singers are invited too. The performance starts at 21:00 and ends at 24:00 On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays the sweet tunes of violin are heard until 02:00.
